if lets say your at your friends and he uses IE and you just install this plugin and it will work faster with websites that has the ie->chrome tag

i'll just send him a virus instead! something like total security, lol

ALSO, why improve IE. Since this is a hacking site most people here know something about computers, and i bet they don't use IE. On the other hand we have a lot of 10 year old kids that don't know shit, and their only post is something like "this hack doesn't work" or "is there any working hack?". In other words they never come to this section, and only care about the hacks.
Conclusion: most peopel that come at the general section don't use IE, and the other ones that use IE, are imature kids that only come for the hacks.
