I have 41.8 GB in my D drive and 33 GB in my E Drive.. and my current laptop can't even run it.. lel, building my pc but waiting for the shop to get the parts which should take a few weeks

Not the same as the free weekend over at Steam though, the timer will start as soon as you press "Play". So no, you can download the game anytime you feel like you wanted to try the game for 48 hours. And no, it's available for you to download forever.
