I know there's a section but its dead so shut up.
I recently reformatted my hard drive, and installed Home Office Windows 7. Everything is good except, the scrolling seems a bit wonky. I think it's because, since I formatted, I deleted the Graphics Card drivers as well but I need an outside opinion.
there's nothing left for you here.

Reinstall the drivers.

I need people that know computers to look in that section right now actually.. Is it really dead?
Code:
Go to mouse options from control panel, then change scroll multiplier to 4.
Also disable hardware acceleration and smooth scrolling from browser options.

Reinstall the drivers and see if that works. I usually set a partition on a usb drive for things like these.
