Try this.
Spawn Ammunition (any thats 0x) + Military Bullets
Craft those together.

all you have to do is spawn the set amount of mags, then spawn that same amount of military/civilian bullets (depending on which it takes) Then go into crafting and drag the military/civilian bullets in the crafting table and craft a full mag. Simple. But if your using Lick's hack, then just find the id for the mag, and depending on how much ammo it takes. Just add one to that. So you would type the id, then the amount of the id. But if the mag held 8 rounds, you would change the amount of the item to spawn to 9. easy.

This, however doesn't work in multiplayer. The hacked magazine will just become 0.

If you are using Lick Hack (Which you probably are)

Get the ID of the Mag and how much the mag can hold

Put the id in and for the amount put how much ammo it can hold and it will spawn a full clip.
