Play on 1.63 with stolen key

Hey everyone

As many of you might know, Arma 2 has made a big change in there game.
They have changed from GameSpy to Steam. (Read More)

Anyways, in that change there is new problems.
My original key I got when I bought the game from steam has been banned since long. I've been playing using stolen keys
But in this update (1.63). Arma 2 is using Steam matchmaking and new servers kinda.
What this basically means is that you cannot play on 1.63 servers without launching Arma 2 through steam.

The problem with steam is that you cannot change the key anymore. Steam will automatically change it back. (not sure if it is server sided).

So my question is:
Is there anyone that has found a solution to this problem?

If you get banned you need to rebuy the game on a new account?

Another question for you,
With this need system, It is possible to redeem a key using Steam Activation. I've succeeded on a few accounts.
But I have one unbanned key left, And when I try to redeem it. It says it is invalid. Even though I have played with it.

I am redeeming using the CD-Key format.

It worked to redeem for me, thanks for telling me.

I used the CD-KEY format too, if it says invalid its either a fake key or a non-steam key.

I know this is against the rules but, Is there any chance you have a extra arma 2 oa key that is unbanned?

I am not really an expert in all of this but why dont you downgrade your arma 2 or dayz and then change the CD-KEY ???

If you downgrade to 1.62 or lower you cannot play on 1.63 servers.
And most of the server's I'd like to play on today is 1.63 updated.
