Welcome Package for all AP spenders- Present and PAST

My story is:

1) I had offer AP on ijji. Then with the migration (ijji -> AEG) the currency was passed and was tagged "Migration" on the AP purchase list.
2) On April this year I bought an 9AP gun (first purchase ever) and DID qualified automatically for the previous Welcome Package. (the one with the Gali Mar, AMW, and G36)
3) Did some offers and got till 130. But before that I had the "legit" migration AP.
4) I sent a ticket and this was the response:





Any help on what can I do/reply? Anything is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Free AP that you get from free offers do not count!
in order to get the package U NEED TO BUY AP!
after u buy AP u will need to spend at least 1 AP! then you will get the package!

i dont know how u got the previous package casue if what u say is true then u were not illegible to get it.
