    Banned for what?

    So i came back from vacation like 3 weeks ago and got on my main account
    on MPGH (Imcrack) and i couldn't remember my password.
    And i just now remembered it and tried to log in and it says im banned permanently?
    Can i ask why am I banned???
    I didn't do anything?
