Fun game to play with a group

Me and my friends are deciding what game we should get addicted to now, any suggestions?
Should be easy to group up, not have too much grinding, more farming for good items, and a decent PvP system.
We were considering TERA, does anyone know anything similair to it so we can compare it?

But Tera is a really fun game if you can have a group of people. I used to play with my friends until we all got bored after about a year or so.

Go play a WoW vanilla server (I recommend WoW Rebirth).
Or Age of Empires 2 HD (which is like $5 if you buy it from Ye Old Game Shoppe).
TERA isn't the best, honestly. Didn't have much fun playing it.
