How to change your CA Launcher skin! (ResHacker)

Just so you all know this is to change the skin of your CA Launcher. I did not upload this, make this or anything of that sort. I took all this from Corndogs old thread which I used to make CA Launcher skins with. I'm posting this because I've seen a lot of people asking about changing the skin of your CA Launcher. So I decided, why not just post a thread about it eh? :P So remember this is ALL thanks to Corndog. There are other programs you can use but I prefer this one because it's a lot easier and simpler for the newbie people to use.
Anyways here's the thingy ma jig. Also NO this is NOT a hack, this is NOT for in game. This is ONLY to change the skin of your CA Launcher. I will be posting some of my own creations. I'm a bit rusty because it's been a few months so take pity on me will ya?

UPDATE: This IS working, don't listen to idiots who say it ISN'T working. If you WON'T (will not) work if you don't know how to use it, so unless you've used this, then don't fucking flame or spam my thread. Thank you.

How To Use:
Ok well the YouTube video was removed so I'll explain how to use this.
1. First off, extract this anywhere onto your computer. Then open it up and open up ResHacker. Then you will click on File and Open. Go to where your CA Folder is, and double click on your CA Launcher. Once all that is done you'll be given a bunch of bitmap files.
2. The first one is your main CA Launcher skin. Right-click on this and copy it, open up your Paint (no there's no need to download it because Paint comes with EVERY computer) thend click on Edit and paste it. Ok now you will need to shrink the screen (in other words where you make it bigger, smaller...if you don't get that part I'll show an SS later) and make sure it fits whatever you've pasted or else it will not show up.
3. Ok now customize it anyway you want and then once you've done that and are ready to save it, make sure you save it as a .bmp file (24 bitmap to be precise) or else it will NOT work! If you save it as .jpg or anything else then it will not work. After that it will save your original CA launcher so you can actually do this over and over again. You can create your own text and make it say what you want.
4. (Optional) You can post it here and share it with all of us! I will be posting mine most likely tomorrow or later because it's late.

EDIT: Sorry guys the video was removed by Corndog so I'll be posting SS and explaining how to use this more. The quickest and easiest way to tell you how to use this is just by saying, open it up, go to File, Open and then go to the Combat Arms folder in your computer and click the CA Launcher. Then use the bitmap files by click on the icons and right-clicking the pictures and pasting them into Paint. But once finished make sure it is saved at a .bmp (bitmap) file or else it won't work.
