i got banned help (i dont blame anyone)

hey mpgh im rare here but i got banned for 20 years LOL
i really loved my lvl in project blackout NA
could someone recommend me a way to unban my account?
any sogestions are good
(ive got da new account) so i guess its not killing me so bad but as i said a had a good rank
