I don't think so. you're sending small sized packets. I don't think it will affect them.

run with administrator privileges

Robocraft.exe always run with administrator privileges

and wpe pro run with administrator privileges

depends on wpe how it feels like.
sometimes wpe pro cant find processes with admin privileges and sometimes it works with.
