    Windows 7 being annoying

    When I start up my pc it says: Can't access desktop
    It then gives me a blackscreen and the gray bar in the bottom, when I go to users all the stuff is there and I can access that.
    I can launch Avast but when I try to start a scan it tells me that it can't create a file because there's already a file there. Mbam also won't launch.

    Is there any way to fix that?
