Help with Cheat Engine on a game please

I don't know if it is possible to do but i have been fooling around with Cheat Engine on fallout online and i decided to try and change my stats. i successfully found the addresses for the stats and changed them but they keep reverting back to normal after a few seconds or if i do anything.

I also tried to give myself more stat points to spread around at character creation but for some reason i cant find the address for it.

could someone help me with this?

edit: if someone has the time to come into teamspeak to help that would be cool.

(essentially i am just trying to find the address for "char points" on the character creation screen. i think that would be the easiest way.)
