hey guys,
So im using pp for a long time and i have some issues.
Currently got 50€ at pp and i can't send money or chargeback my customers. When i want to send the only option that's avaible its to send money thro my credit card, not my paypal account. Can anyone help me?
I am verified at pp as well.

Like Paradise` said it sounds to me like your PayPal is limited. Check to see if there are any issues you need to resolve.

Why not withdraw the $ in your balance to your bank, and use that money to pay back your credit card?
