    Google for "Visual C++ 2010 Express" and download the official microsoft software for developing applications.

    Install it.

    It never worked for me. I rebooted my PC and did everything possible.

    After installing Visual Basic and adding some .dll's manually (some were still missing), the problems were solved.

    Ok. Most people tend to download the missing dlls manually of the web and dragging them into the folder which it needs to be implanted, but your way works just as well!
