I think he's talking about CAVA (Chinese version of AVA). People from China have come in here before asking about ESP hooking/ creation, might even be the same guy. I think the other thread got a response from another Chinese guy, but when it was ran through google translate, it didn't make much sense (they mentioned moving to PM's though).
