No Changes to Runes/Masteries during Preseason

Finally a good move from Riot, there's no way they could change/balance runes/mas to make sense other then delete it.
As far as they keep up the champion balance we can keep them (there's only very few masteries that are really useless, enchanted armor, juggernaut etc.)

I can't decide if i agree with this or not
I want to stay playing the game i know but at the same time i don't wanna have to play on pbe for a straight week to learn changes.

Would be cool to allow people to use the new masteries in the new Rift.

Rather focus on bugs and important fixes than new runes and masteries... We'll have to wait until next year

This is for the preseason. Nothing has been confirmed once season 5 actually starts.
