If you don't want to wait:

1.) rename the extracting files to 0.9.5
2.) extract to your game folder
3.) install another modpack (watch first what you want to have and what not by clicking the checks)
4.) start WoT

Clearly it will not work... They updated the game to 9.5.. So most 9.4 mods (If not all) will not work..
