About the new League of Counters

I had worked a reasonable amount of time on the new League of Counters but I found some difficulties due to my lack of knowledge of certain aspects of another language. These difficulties can only be overcome by learning that language. Development of League of Counters is postponed till I feel like learning another language.

And since I don't have anything else other than that to make in my free time, feel free to drop some ideas on what I should make. I'll make anything League of Legends related. Perhaps an application that downloads all the resources acquainted to a specific champion which would probably help those making champion guides? Please.
