1) image button
2) upload as url
3) uncheck retrieve remote thing

It is called a signature
when you reach a certain ammount of posts you unlock it.
hen you do after 15-20 posts you go to
settings -> signature
then if i am correct you use HTML which is super easy to use
and then insert images, videos, text, links etc.
