You got banned by overwatch, there's nothing to do for it.

Get new account.

Basically your account is RIP. Sometimes Overwatch bans do go away, but I'm not sure how the system works.

The cooldown comes when you make a new account, then if you win 2 MM games in a row (or maybe even loose not sure)
you'll get this cooldown and they watch your demos if there are too many signs of hacking they'll simply ban you.
if they see youre a smurf i heard that they even matchmake you with people who are rly bad haha.

This is how it works. When you hack too obviously in a competitive game, people that see you do it will report you to overwatch. If enough people have reported you to overwatch, then people with over 200 wins (EXPERIENCED PLAYERS) will watch about 8 rounds of the game you got the most reports in. If they think you are walling, aimbotting, triggerbotting, or griefing(playerkilling), they will check mark whatever they think is right. So if you made it obvious you were walling, they would checkmark walling only. aimbot, griefing, etc. When someone gets reported ONLY for griefing, they get an overwatch ban for 30 Days. If they get walling by itself its perma global ban. if you get walling and aim assist then it is also a global ban. Basically what im trying to say is anything that isnt griefing that they put will get you banned. Walling, aim assist, speed/bhop, etc. So that is how overwatch works.


P.S it doesnt just ban you if ONE overwatch guy decides your wallhacking. It has to be many that all said the same thing. About 6 people or something. Idk :P
