A friend gave me the following which really works (Windows 10)

1 - Will the launcher bf4.exe is in "properties"
2 - On target delete the "BF4WebHelper.exe"
3 - put in place bf4.exe
4 - should look like
Example: "" B: \ Games \ Origin Games \ Battlefield 4 \ bf4.exe "



After that, use the team's game files, you try to get in some server.
Probably your game can not open, then use ctrl + shift + esc is complete bf4.exe with this go to your Origin is going on "Check Update" with this will download a small file (ActivationUI) is ready is so open the game .
Remember before making such a sure thing to use Windows Id change.
