    BANDWIDTH CRISIS

    I hear Obama properly set that website that consume more bandwidth should be charged more. EX: neflix uses 2/3 bandwidth during 6-10 PM.
    So if net provider can do that, can't they misuse this power IF passed

    If you have fiber optic, bandwidth wont be an issue. It also depends on what ISP you're with.
