H1N1 isn't as bad as the mild flu. And I agree, i hate shots, so i'm prob not gonna get it till my high school makes it mandatory. Then i'll get it at some pharmacy, since you do NOT want it done by your school nurse. trust me.

And how does it make your arm sore? it's a light, egg-based vaccine like a flu shot with a small liquid quantity. Unless you're a girl, your deltoid should be muscular enough to not cause much pain. If not, get off your chair and go lift.

Swine flu is only harmful in infants, old people, and people with AIDS/HIV, so you're fine if you don't get the shot.

A lot of people die from the normal seasonal flu... The media just exagerated all the stuff. It was bad in Mexico but its fine here with better health standards. Most flu your catching right now is most likely the swine flu because the seasonal flu isn't really around.
