.dll files / external hacks

Is it lower chance to get VAC-Banned if you use External Hacks or can i use .dll hacks as im using external? I read somewhere that external doesn't change game files and making it more undetectable while .dll hacks that you inject change game files and makes it more easy to detect? What's right?

i think that exnetral.
i was using the external trigger bot 0.2 and 0.3 for week+
and i used the 0.2 after he gets detected and i didnt got vac banned.
last time that i used x22 on smurf acc i got banned in 3 hrs.

DLL's aren't easier to detect.

The reason people prefer external (public) hacks over internal hacks is because it is alot harder to make internal hacks undetected.

Internal hacks do open up a lot more possibilities for the person programming the hack but like I said they are harder to make and harder to make undetected.

As simple as it sounds, once the hack get detected it does not matter.
