Never takes caffeine before you sleep
Got some caffeine pills that came in yesterday. I took one about 11 oclock-ish. Didn't feel shit. Right before going to sleep I took two supplements that didn't taste right going down.. apparently I got my bottles mixed up and accidentally took another two caffeine pills. Total intake 600mg caffeine. While that isn't much, I don't drink coffee, energy drinks or soft drinks because caffeine does nothing for me. Ended up staying up until 4, and randomly passing out. Woke up feeling extremely shitty, tired beyond belief and needing to take massive shits. I have a case of ADD/ADHD so no buzz, but only crash.
Still in bed, feeling shitty...........

I didn't know you've always had ADHD but suddenly everything I knew about you makes sense. Caffeine pills are the worst, I've taken no-doz (aussie brand) and all it does is makes me think I'm sleeping whilst still very tired.

I took caffeine pills and adderall on my first year of collage because I had to work 24/7 doing personal comissions and projects that shit will keep you awake for hours on end
