I saw someone post a rule that said to list the original email for the account. If someone knows for certain, whether or not the email must be listed in the trade post, please let me know with a reply. I do not want to be blacklisted or banned for missing 1 simple step.

Yes. After you change the account and password, the Return Policy (REFUND) will become voided. Think of it like this, when you order something online from a store the Return Policy states:

Return the package and all other content that was originally included with the product to the purchaser and your money, etc... will be refunded in accordance with the applicable return policy. The altering of the package from its original condition will void the return policy.

This is what I mean by the statement, "Changing the Account Password or Email will VOID the REFUND Policy".
Hence the reason why I do not want to do REFUNDS. Too many problems in the past.
