Full access means you have entire control over the account. Some WTS posts offer these. You can change email, skin, password, anything you want on these. These generally cost slightly less than minecraft.net value on WTS posts. McAccounts (ad on top) offers some for $9 each. (A very large bargain.)

Non-Migrated accounts are un-secure accounts without emails registered to them. Migrated accounts have emails that require login via email. These are considered "uncrackable" unless the security question needed to login is simple, such as: "What is your favorite color?"

Non migs are now migrate-able without email access since the 13 I believe. Already lost 6 out of close to 120 so far.
