Am I being scammed?

Hey all, I'm currently in the process of selling my Steam account for 340$, hopefully. The buyer has sent me these invoices through paypal FROM CANADA :

He sounds like a legit guy, just don't want to be scammed out of my steam account, which I can't believe I'm selling. Anyone to give good insight I will drop a dollar into your paypal

if you have skype and can screenshare i could see if its legit or not this doesnt give us much, but to be honest i've never seen this in my life.

it is a known scam buddy. Its a fake paypal invoice generator he made

He accused me of scamming him after he told me the money should've came. Never have him the account info though

Just to add this in here, sometimes people will actually send you multiple payments leading to amount you requested using a different IP everytime. And when you pull off your part of the deal they will Call up PayPal and claim there have been unauthorized transactions and will get the money reversed.
