When investigators review an overwatch when does the replay start?

Hey guys I'm just wondering... let's say I get overwatched when does the replay start? Does it start right in the beginning of the game or at the point in the game when people start calling hacks and reporting you?

Starts off from warmup.

Can start from warmup or from round 8.

The true answer is that you get reviewed by not just 1 person, more like 3-5. So each overwatcher gets a different part from the match. In the end you get your whole match reviewed by a group of people.
