I disagree, adding in any kind of faux lighting effects would betray the incredibly natural feel that everything has.

I disagree as well, I was trying to go for a natural look, which would blend in with the render and that doesn't make the tag look cluttered up and un-natural.
A person told me to imagine the tag as a real life scene, that's what I was kinda going for.

I don't see how 3rd's would apply to a portrait. They tend to only apply to landscape but i would love to know how you feel they would apply to this image.
