What is a good IDE for PHP and HTML?

Hello xD

I am currently starting to learn HTML5 and PHP, and I really do not want to use notepad or notepad++ for as long as I study the markup language, so could you suggest some good (and possibly free) IDEs for HTML and/or PHP? Perhaps something that doesn't need to much plug-in installations, if there is one.

I've tried Sublime and notepad++.

I don't see how Sublime is an IDE though (I might be a little noob-ish when I say this), since all I mainly see is a text editor.

I see that lynd*****m tutorials for html are made with brackets, atm im a begginer too and im using notepad++ with a black theme, i think going to use brackets as @SpawnBox said.
