Thx4beingold Official Thread [ Editing Of Weapons CandyCane - Knife ]

Yo !
im new here.Since x'mas is coming,im gonna teach you how to edit your normal knife to candycane ( including the animation and sounds of the weapons )

FOLLOW CAREFULLY !

Most Important:OPEN YOUR EYES BIG
1) Backup your Blackshot folder. i will not be held responsible for any data corruption
2) Find the place where ur VertigoGames folder is located. For example C:\Program Files\VertigoGames

ok go to C:\VertigoGames\Blackshot\Blackshot\Data\Item
search for candycane you should have found this files
( to search it fast,search candycane on the search box )
then copy all files that is named candycane_knife.kf , candycane_knifekfm etc. copy all the candy cane files and paste it to a folder for editing weapons

GO TO THE FILES FOR EDITING WEAPONS THEN RENAME THE CANDYCANE FILES TO KNIFE E.G

candycane_knife.kf change to knife.kf

THEN COPY ALL THE FILES THAT YOU HAVE RENAME IT AND PASTE IT TO C:\VertigoGames\Blackshot\Blackshot\Data\Item

REPLACE ALL FILES ( YES TO ALL )

----done editing weapon appearance---

now for the animation

again follow these steps

Most Important:OPEN YOUR EYES BIG

you will se lots of handmale_ blah blah blah
ok now OPEN YOUR EYES BIG ( if you're eyes are small just search candycane on the search box )

copy all the candycane files and paste it on the folder for editing weapons
RENAME ALL THOSE FILE TO KNIFE e.g
MaleHand_candycane_knife.kf to MaleHand_knife.kf ( juz remove the candycane will do the job )
after you have rename all the candycane files to knife,copy it and paste it to
C:\Program Files\VertigoGames\Blackshot\Blackshot\Data\Charac ter\HanAni

now for weapon sounds

again follow these steps

NOW OPEN UR EYES BIG !

search for candy ( use search box for fast search )
copy the whole folder and paste it on the folder for editing weapons
rename the candy folder to knife
then copy the folder that u have rename and paste it on
C:\Program Files\VertigoGames\Blackshot\Blackshot\Data\Sound\ weapons

YOU HAVE DONE EDITING CANDYCANE - KNIFE ( APPEARANCE,ANIMATION,SOUNDS) HAVE FUN
