That makes sense but if that's the case shouldn't they adopt the same manner? I mean if your role model was someone who was educated or at least sane you wouldn't cut yourself if they died since you should have the same mentality or at least the same attitude they have and your role model wouldn't cut him/her self so why should you?

Let's adapt Freud's theory to this.

Considering that some people may think of him as a role model, they would do anything for them.
