Russian to English language changer?

Yeah, so since Lithuania is now banned from creating new accounts on CAEU and I forgot both my password and email for my existing CAEU account, I wondered if there's a way to change the language in CARU? I can fluently read, write and decently speak russian, but I just can't UNDERSTAND russian. I can easily read the words out, but I have no idea what almost every single one of them mean.

I've searched with google for a couple hours, and although these "Language packs" are mentioned a lot, couldn't find any to download no matter what. Any help here?

not big deal is somthing with change files from eu into ca ru that shold work not all files just hud and stuff like that i did it and that work good if you do somthing worng no hard to fix that shold help
