Language changer (Russian to English)

So, since Lithuania is now banned from playing with new accounts in CAEU, and I've forgotten my old CAEU accounts email and password, I decided to play CARU. The only problem is - the goddamned russkies forgot to put in an English mode (don't BS me with "it's made for Russia only" as it also includes Soviet Union countries for no fuckin' logical reason).

So, I ask you MPGHers, is there any kind of language pack on here? My google searching for 3 hours yelded nothing downloadable, just lots of warnings and other shenanigans that don't interest me whatsoever.

It's not possible. The strings are either programmed in, and the rest are in attributes. We can't control that stuff
