error when i upload

cant upload files i got this message when i tried to attach a zip file


"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

anyone else ever have this problem?

Ive gotten it too when I upload ZIP files.
I dunno why it happens. Just use RAR.
