DE-Ranking DE-Boosting Service?

Are there any deboosting or deranking services that can push one of my smurfs to Silver 1? I've tried for the past week to solo derank and I just keep encountering situations that force me to win at the nova level.

1. If you try to troll, you get votekicked, (7 day CD)
2. If you abandon, CD
3. If you try to blend in the scoreboard you end up winning
4. If you buy pistols or dumb guns, teammates call you a troll and votekick (7 day CD)
5. If you friendly fire you get kicked (7 day CD)

I have a new challenge and goal to reach Silver 1 but the lowest I can go is Nova 1. Please help. Also, the new trend of having an MG + 4 silvers in a team does not boost you to Nova. In fact I end up winning these "boosted" games because even Novas can destroy MGs.

I have tried the bare minimum by buying a fresh account and winning 10 games BARELY with 16-14 most of the time and I get placed in Nova.
