How To Play Games In Window Mode The Easy Way
You don't need to download anything unless your a dumb ass.
1. Make a new text document by pressing right click on your desktop.
2. type in the text document "-windowed" without the " " ,then save the file as
"commandline" without the " "
3. then put that text document into your game folder that you wont to play window mode, and WALA.
4. Launch the game and it should come up with a window if it doesn't work might be patched on that type of game or your computer is ****ed

A much easier way to pass the windowed mode argument is with a shortcut. Make a shortcut to whatever application you wish to run windowed mode. Then in the shortcut's properties under target and outside of the path's quotes add "-windowed" with out the quotations.
For all of you trying this on CombatArms and saying it doesn't work... Nexon patched this along time ago. But I guarantee it will work on any program that doesn't have cheat protection.
Yeah just download the Winmode application from User1, it works great.
