Trading Guild Wars account for RS account

Im really sick of guild wars now and wanting to trade my account for a decent runescape account.

Guild Wars:
All the games are unlocked for my account (Proph, Factions, Nightfall, and the expansion eye of the north) That alone is worth at least $40

I have about 4 lvl 20 pve characters, Necromancer(has some good stuff on her), monk(also has some good stuff, has the skills and equips for 3 different farms), Elementalist(aka a mage, havnt done much at all on him) Assasin(has some good stuff)

I have almost all of my skills unlocked including all the mods for pvp gear.

All around good titles.

What im looking for in a RS account:
Combat level of at least lvl 70 (melee, bows, or magic i dont care)
Some kind of trade skill (mining/wc/etc) lvl 50+
some gold, 50k+
