How to beg for unban your NEXON ACCOUNT for dummies

I wrote in customer support a long message to unban my account! And it actually worked (was supposed to be permanently banned). I'm going to go step by step (the worst is that I was using some third party software).

1-Log in the site
2-Support then Customer Support
3-Log a ticket with a Account related Category and Sub-Category: Banning / Suspension Inquiry
4-Subject: unban me, fake ban, why me, account unbanning, banned?...
5-Message: Write at least 3-4 paragraphs (I wrote 10)
---5.1-Talk of combat arms, how you like this game, you have passed more than 1 year of gaming, expand
---5.2-Tell them that you've never hacked, you will never do and you have never did. Add this sentence: If I did something bad, just tell me, if I insulted someone, that's normal, everybody does.
---5.3(important part)-Tell them that you have never hacked (again) and tell them that if you were to hack, they would have proof but they don't have any. Then write this: If you have any proof against me, please send them to me.
---5.4-This part is a lie part, tell them that you were gonna buy NX or tell them you already had NX but you got banned before buying those.
6-Send the message, if you have something to add, add it.

PROS: You are gonna be unbanned (maybe) and you're gonna be able to pplay again with that account

CONS: They decrease your rank a little just to be sure that you weren't a hacker, that you've got experiences by hacking (only lost 1 rank)

And then when they replied to my ticket, they've wrote a small reply (I won't write it completely). Here's a part of their reply (security purpose):
Hope it helped you in some way, as you may have noticed, it is rare that they give people another chance to play. You may want to modify your begging text.

You can also add another paragraph which will be the pity part :O All you have to do is hook their emotions (yay). What I did was: I know I'm only 1 player on the millions of players but I'm really innocent and never did anything disrespecting the terms of uses. At least give me a chance and you'll see that I don't hack at all. (modify a little cause if everybody uses this, it'll be obvious that someone made a plan).

You must be patient after logging a ticket, they must read each one, but you won<t wait more than 1 month (thats hope ^^)

I dont know how, but while i was in resting from playing like 2-3 months and came back my account was banned.
Sincerely, i have never and will never use any hacks, i like gaining my own skills, if you have some proof i would like you to send it to me, please.

I always loved this game, gameplay is great, game modes are too and i wish the best to this company.

Oh, and before that, i had saved some money to buy NX Cash and now i had to do another account for it, i just wasted my money.

And i repeat again: If you have any proof of me hacking then send it to me please cause who was playing wasnt me, i hope you understand my situation, i would never hack this game, I hope you can do something.
