the show is basically about a guy who likes this girl but she rejects him so he becomes depressed and goes to the place where they first met and wishes upon a shooting star, which then turns him into a girl for some weird reason... he becomes friends with her in his girl form and blah blah u know the rest

If you're into genderswap stuff, anime/animated hentai won't offer you a lot. Try Ranma 1/2. This animed started the whole genderswap fetish in japan..
