    yeah i agree. This one is perfect but if u have like 1-500hours i'd rather not unlock everything since it looks a bit fishy.

    Yes, SAM (Steam achievement manager) Like said up before me. All you do is just download it, run Game.picker and you select CSGO and press the "unlock" Icon.
