This laptop will run GTA V on low-med with no AA, but on it's native resolution. If you are into hardcore gaming I suggest you getting a desktop PC, because ( self experience ) I still regret buying a laptop over a desktop. Just some thoughts..

but with low quality and that makes no fun tbh
spend some money in your laptop
or buy a new computer

GTA 5 uses alot of VRAM for its effects./ and even if you have enough vRAM you have to worry if your GPU can even run at a good 60 fps. or close.
