I think you wont get banned until a mod or trainer is patched or youll get reported while cheating or hacking money and stuff.

Not banned. I have the Steam version, lvl 30 - 120 and more then 20 mil. cash. A friend of mine did the same, but with the non-steam version and got banned ^^ Someone got banned with the Steam version?
