    Why you don't try YouTube?

When you understand the basics, learn the basics again so they must be in your brain....then you can learn complex things

It's not as hard if you use it in conjunction with a program like Unity though.
Did I help you? You know what to do.

I would start with either getting a book or watching tutorials. Don't just copy everything though. Learning how to program takes time. Much like becoming a pro soccer player takes a lot of training. From there on you should just try programming anything you come up with. Start with an application that shows for example a figure on the screen. In the next application implement some movement mechanics perhaps? And so on.

The only warning I'd want to give you is to not start off with something huge. If you do so, you'll be fed up with it in no time. You really gotta take it slow.

I'd be happy to answer any of your questions, just send me a PM.

    Good luck!

Have you ever learn basic programming ? Because c# is similar with other programming language only syntax different...
Your game based on windows form ? Google for graphics and timer...

@oGorden There are many free online resources for learning C#, such as Tutorials Point or learn CS.

Try Java or C#, I can't say the same for everybody, but the way I learned is to have a program idea in mind, a calculator for example, like the one Windows offers. Then I will start programming little by little, and when I get stuck somewhere, I google how to do this or do that, then do it. Eventually, you'll pick up the language and get comfortable. I didn't know C# at first, but less than a year later, I'm making fair games.
