Simple Answer, yes, you will be able to run Arma 3 with ease; mostly likely not at maximum settings but medium-high anyway.

I just looked up the Arma 3 requirements and compared them to my previous knowledge of your specs. Lo and behold I pretty much hit the nail on the head.
Probably should've asked what kind of resolution you're running though, that could certainly make or break it.

You can play it yes, but not on high res

Just for future reference for you, use game debate! Tons of people their they really do know their stuff and 90% of the time they have given me pretty accurate fps! and settings!
