Yea, I decided to do that in the end.
I wanted to use CE so I could mess with money but not much else, but the Save Editor is WAY too tempting to make yourself overpowered.

Oh well, Overkill is always fun too

I didn't want to use a trainer because I would have been too tempted.
I just asked if anyone knew how to make it windowed.
I ended up getting a .SAV editor and just doing that.
