Best way to read memory? / Current addressfor CrosshairID?

Memory:
As the title states, whats the best way to do this? ReadProcessMemory is what I'm using.

Crosshair:
The current address I have is changing, so it's not consistent. Anyone know what this is? I've tried dumpers and they seem to give me the wrong thing.

A Good way is to write a Memory Class that use ReadProcessMemory and WriteProcessMemory, u can google for that ;-)
A Dumper is the best way i think. Be sure to dump ingame i think.
A better way is to write a pattern scan to find the offsets but it is maybe a bit difficult.
