Possible Features?

I've been quite bored watching all these exact same trainers and mod menus being released. It made me wonder what other features could be possible in GTA Online. So I came up with a short list of things that are not harmful to other players and aren't on any current release that I know of. Now I do not know if these features are possible, they are just ideas I felt like throwing out there in hopes that someone with the knowledge can produce.

Drop light/med/heavy Armor (So other players can replenish their armor)
Drop Health Packs (So players can heal themselves)
Drop Parachutes (Give anyone and everyone a parachute whenever)
Heal Other Players (Give other players full health and armor directly)
Give Godmode Other Players
Fix Car Other Players (Fix other players cars and aircraft remotely)
Upgrade Car Other Players (Upgrade other players cars and aircraft remotely)
Give One Hit Kill Other Players
Teleport Other Players to Personal Vehicle as Passengers (Instead of going and getting your friend just tele them to your car quick)
Add or Remove Trackers and Insurance (Make spawned cars perm or delete cars from garage)
Real Portable LSC (see the real menu to upgrade your car without driving anywhere)
Extra or Super Blood (Increase blood spray and pools without actually modifying the update.rpf)
RPM Multiplier (Car speedhack that goes up by percent to help win races)
Invincible Vehicle Windows (Other players cannot shoot through car windows and they do not shatter)
Special Licence Plate (Lets you put $,!,@,-, and other special characters in your license plates)

If anyone else has any ideas that aren't already a feature on a current release please feel free to post them here. Please feel free to use this thread to discuss every possibility in depth.
